Senior Counsel for Regulatory Litigation at Alliance Defending Freedom, Julie Marie Blake, provided analysis of a ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit that the abortion pill could no longer be available by mail and that previous FDA restrictions on its distribution would be reinstated.  Implementation depends on review by the U.S. Supreme Court.  The ADF website is adflegal.org.
