Lester Spencer, Lead Pastor of Montgomery's St. James United Methodist Church and President of the Alabama-West Florida Conference Chapter of the Wesleyan Covenant Association (WCA), was joined by Jody Ray, the CEO and Lead Preacher at Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church in Marietta, GA, which has begun the process of disaffiliation from the UMC denomination after he was not reassigned to the church.
