Mike is a life-long Montgomery resident, who is now retired from the State’s Medicaid Agency. Although getting a degree in psychology from Troy University, he spent over 33 years working as a statistician and analyst. He and his wife, Kathy, are blessed with two grown daughters and five grandchildren. Mike came to Jesus as a teenager, enjoys singing Christian music (including Southern gospel) and attends Church of the Highlands, where he serves in the church's prison ministry. He says, “Faith Radio has been an integral part of my life since it first came on the air. I love the music, but really get the most from listening to outstanding teachers like Swindoll, Rogers, Jeremiah, and Ingram.” Among his other interests are reading, hunting and woodworking. Mike has served on numerous state-wide boards over the years and desires to honor God wherever he serves.
